If you receive an error when entering your PayRedeem voucher, please check: 


  • That you have copied and pasted the eCard pin exactly. 

  • Make sure to use the correct currency. 

  • Check your deposit history to make sure that you have not used this voucher/eCard already.
     
  • The name on the voucher/eCard may not match the name on your account.
