Your account could be locked due to one of the following reasons:

 

1. The internal transfer you did was not processed successfully and you will need to transfer the funds again.

 

2. There was a technical error where the system was not sure if the funds did actually transfer. 

In that case, the system automatically locks the account to make sure that there are no more errors.


3. You might have forgotten your password and tried to input different possible passwords which after a certain amount of attempts, will lock the account in the best interest of the safety. If this is the case, one of our Support agents will need to assist you in regaining access.
