If you are having issues receiving our e-mails, you would need to set our e-mail as not Spam or set them in the Safelist of your Yahoo account. 

Step by step guide below:

1. Access your Yahoo account.

2. Open our e-mail that was sent to your spam/junk folder. 

3. Click the Not Spam button in your e-mail. 

4. This will automatically send the e-mail to your primary inbox folder and removing the recipient from going into your Spam in the future.
