If you are having issues receiving our e-mails, you would need to set our e-mail as not Spam or set them in the Safelist of your Yahoo account. 


Step by Step Guide



  • Access your Yahoo account.

  • Open our e-mail that was sent to your spam/junk folder. 

  • Click the Not Spam button in your e-mail. 



  • This will automatically send the e-mail to your primary inbox folder and remove the recipient from going into your Spam in the future.
