If you are having issues receiving our e-mails, you would need to set our e-mail as not Spam or set them in the Safelist of your Zoho account. 


Step by Step Guide


  • Log in to your Zoho e-mail account.

  • Select the Spam folder on the left. 

  • Find our e-mail in the folder and right-click on the e-mail. 

  • Click Mark as not spam.
