If you are having issues receiving our e-mails, you would need to set our e-mail as not Spam or set them in the Safelist of your AOL account. 



Step by step guide below:



1. Access your AOL e-mail account.

2. Select your Spam folder.

3. Locate our e-mail in the folder.

4. Right-click on the e-mail. 

5. Choose Not Spam




Going forward, e-mails from that same recipient will go directly into your primary inbox.
