If you are having issues receiving our e-mails, you would need to set our e-mail as not Spam or set them in the Safelist of your iCloud account. 


Step by Step Guide


  • Log in to your iCloud e-mail account.

  • Go to your Junk folder.  



  • Open our email. 

  • Tap the Arrow button on the top right-hand side. 


  • Tap Move Message

  • Choose Inbox

  • Select the Move option.
