Users have reported complications when trying to attempt to download MetaTrader 4 and 5 on Apple devices.

This has been confirmed by our service provider who is currently looking into finding a resolution.

In the meantime, we urge our clients not to uninstall MetaTrader from their Apply devices as it may result in not being able to reinstall the application. 

If you have downloaded MT4 or 5 before, we suggest you do the following:

  • Open the App Store. 

  • Click on the user icon on the top-right of your screen.

  • Select the Purchased option. 

  • Look for the MetaTrader app and click on the download button. 

You should be able to access MetaTrader from your device now!
